These terms cover your use of this website and the general basis on which Captivating Landscapes provides quotes and carries out work. Your written quote will set out the specific details of your project.

Quotes

Quotes are free and based on what we see at the site visit and what we agree with you. If the work changes, or we find something that couldn't reasonably be seen beforehand, we'll talk to you before any extra cost is added.

Carrying out the work

We work Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm. Start dates depend on the weather and material availability, and we'll keep you informed of any changes. We'll keep the site tidy and look after your property while we work.

Guarantees

All our work is guaranteed. Guarantee terms vary by product and project, and we'll explain exactly what's covered when we quote.

Insurance

We hold £1 million public liability insurance.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
